I believe the best digital consulting is about accountability for results, not just strategy. I’ve always kept my hands dirty that way. Consistent results come from a handful of repeatable behaviors:

Bias for Action. Digital strategy without execution is theater.

Proof over promises. Outcomes beat slide decks every time.

Systems, not heroics. Repeatable processes outlast individual heroics.

Momentum as a force multiplier. Early wins create energy for bigger moves.

I’m not here to be the smartest person in the room — I’m here to make the room smarter, faster, and more capable.

Sprint, Stage, or Tour— choose the right approach for the distance you need to cover.

  • Sprint

    Hours or Days. Examples: analysis of a strategy or investment thesis, a discussion on strategic positioning, a pipeline audit, or due diligence. Guidance and analysis vs execution.

  • Stage

    Weeks or Months. Examples: GTM plan for a new business, a strategic pivot, a replatform, or product-market fit definition. Sweet spot of strategy plus execution.

  • Tour

    Quarter/s. An embedded leader to set strategy, lead teams, execute and deliver results. Often as fractional COO or CMO. Heavy on vision, strategy, execution, and business outcomes.
