Hi, I'm Harrison Magun.
I'm a digital operator and strategist with 15 years of building AdTech, MarTech, and digital commerce businesses — from scrappy startups to billion-dollar scale. I've founded and exited companies, launched products from scratch, and run global operations for some of the most recognized names in tech.
I got my start in AdTech. I co-founded eonMedia, a tech-enabled SEM agency, and scaled it to $20M+ ARR before its acquisition by aQuantive — one of the world's largest digital ad agencies, later acquired by Microsoft. That experience gave me a foundation in performance media, audience strategy, and the mechanics of building a data-driven ad business from the ground up.
That foundation has shaped everything since. At Microsoft, I managed a $100M global performance media budget, replatformed content and commerce systems across 200+ markets, and drove 40% annual growth. At Google, I led ecommerce for Pixel and Nest — doubling revenue year over year while lowering CAC. At Amazon, I took Amazon Pay and Amazon Incentives from early-stage products to $1B businesses, finding product-market fit and building the GTM systems to scale them.
Most recently, I built Arrivalist's travel audience business from scratch — taking a proprietary travel attribution dataset and turning it into a live audience product on the world's largest data marketplace in five months. That project sits at the intersection of everything I do best: finding the data asset, building the product and go-to-market around it, and executing fast enough to matter.
I started Revenue Craft to do more of this work — parachuting into hard problems, cutting through complexity, and leaving behind systems that keep compounding after I'm gone. I'm not here to fill a seat. I'm here to move the needle.
I live in Tacoma, WA with my wife, son, and an assortment of animals and bicycles.
