  • I co-founded eonMedia to help advertisers boost sales while managing marginal cost. We grew to $20MM ARR by creating the right tools, teams and expertise at the right times. We sold to aQuantive, which sold to Microsoft.

  • I led the GTM team for Amazon Pay when it was still a startup. We growth-hacked our way to $1B with the right combination of changes to product, pricing, marketing, sales segmentation, and channel strategy.   • Twice I inherited B2B SaaS sales teams that, after a deep dive, were never going to hit targets, despite CRM projections. I’ve built a solid approach to accurately valuing as-is pipeline and refactoring sales resources, strategy and optics to maximize short and long term profit.

Consumer

  • At Google Store, our DTC strategy was undifferentiated. As the new DTC leader, I led a cross-team effort to define our DTC value prop, and execute on that. We grew 40% Y/Y without cannibalizing other channels. I can work as a cross-functional leader across channels and teams to create and execute a winning DTC strategy.

  • As demand gen leader for Microsoft Store, I inherited a $100M+ global ad budget. Quick wins resulted in $20MM+ of savings. I then led 30%+ Y/Y profitable sales growth over the next 4 years with LTV modeling, incrementality test and new optimization strategies. Before that, as performance media agency co-founder, I led demand gen strategy and execution across all consumer verticals.

  • At Microsoft, our homegrown DTC tools were limiting our growth. I led the migration and replatforming to Adobe which gave us the agility, quality, and efficiency to grow 40% Y/Y.
